$4,500, paid once. The licence does not expire. The software is installed on your own server, your books stay on your own hardware, and there is no monthly fee to keep it running.
The price covers the full Professional feature set with unlimited users, installation, data migration, staff training, and twelve months of updates and support.
The licence covers one branch. Companies running more than one location pay per additional branch, so the price matches the size of the business using it. Updates and support after the first year are optional and quoted separately — if you do not renew, the software keeps running exactly as it is.

Before you ask.
What is the setup fee for?
On the subscription plans, a one-time setup fee covers migrating your balances, items and customers, building your chart of accounts and training your staff. It is $75 on Starter, $150 on Standard and $200 on Professional. Setup is already included in the one-time licence.
What happens if I cancel?
Thirty days’ notice, and a free export of everything — products, customers, invoices, the lot. Your data was always yours.
Can I move between plans?
Yes, at any time. An upgrade is prorated, so you pay only the difference for the rest of the term.
What does the licence cover after the first year?
The software keeps running exactly as it is. Continued updates and support are optional and quoted separately — if you do not renew, nothing switches off.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. All prices are in US dollars, excluding VAT, and valid through 2026.
